Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate with Red E Meal. By signing up for our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Affiliate Program Overview
Red E Meal offers affiliates the opportunity to earn a 20% share of the ongoing revenue generated by each customer they bring to the platform. This remuneration rate applies to all qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link.
2. Registration and Acceptance
To join the Red E Meal Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration form and accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
a. Reputation Management
Affiliates are expected to uphold the reputation of Red E Meal. Any actions that bring Red E Meal into disrepute, including but not limited to unethical marketing practices, spamming, or misleading advertisements, are strictly prohibited.
b. False Advertising
Affiliates must not engage in false or misleading advertising. All promotional materials and advertisements should accurately represent Red E Meal’s services and offerings. Any form of deceitful or deceptive practices will result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
c. Support and Cooperation
We value our affiliates and are committed to supporting you in your efforts. Should you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is here to help. We encourage open communication and are always ready to assist you in any way we can to ensure your success.
4. Remuneration and Payments
a. Commission Rate
Affiliates will earn a 20% share of the ongoing revenue generated by each customer they refer to Red E Meal. This commission is calculated based on the net revenue received by Red E Meal, excluding any refunds, chargebacks, or taxes.
b. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis. Payments will be made within 30 days following the end of each calendar month, provided the minimum payout threshold of £50 has been met. If the threshold is not met, the balance will roll over to the next month. Commissions earned will be shown in the affiliate's "wallet" in their login. Affiliates can request a withdrawal at any time by logging in, selecting "withdrawal request," then selecting "new request." Allow up to 7 days for payments to be made.
5. Self-Employed Basis
Affiliates are considered to be working on a self-employed basis. They are responsible for their own taxes and any other legal requirements related to their earnings from the affiliate program.
6. Unique Affiliate Link
Each affiliate will be provided with a unique link to send out to customers or advertise with. This link can be found by logging into the affiliate section of the Red E Meal website.
7. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws. Affiliates must ensure that their marketing practices are legal and ethical.
8. Termination
a. Termination by Red E Meal
Red E Meal reserves the right to terminate any affiliate agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms and conditions, unethical practices, or any actions that harm the reputation of Red E Meal.
b. Termination by Affiliate
Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Red E Meal. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions due will be paid in accordance with the regular payment schedule.
9. Amendments
Red E Meal reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Red E Meal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned by you in accordance with these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
